Bio Gas Purification Plants
20´ HC aggregate container designed for the installation of a purification plant for biogas
- Partitioning of the container into an explosion-proof aggregate room and a non-explosion-proof control unit room.
- Manufacture of a gas-tight partition wall. Bushing of the supply cables through gas-tight cable passages.
- Soundproof, insulated model of the aggregate room.
- Fitting of a roof gantry crane to facilitate assembly.
- Manufacture of an oil-tight collecting tray made of bulb plate.
- Manufacture and fitting of various wall openings.
- Fitting of 2 multi-purpose doors.
- Installation of a 400 V 125 Ah power supply to ensure the operation of the aggregate plants, with a total output of approx. 65 kW.
- Installation of 2 axial fans including an automatic external closing flap as well as a weather protection grid with a filter unit as an inlet air opening.
